Creators walk the path of “sweat equity” in order to bootstrap an asset that has the potential to generate cash flow. It is possible to bypass the need to come up with a lot of cash or to ever use debt. Creators lean more on their own efforts and the powerful effect of exponential growth to help them become wealthy. Here are some examples:

Controllers

Controllers are a little-known subset of business mavericks who have learned how to generate passive income where it wouldn’t seem any would exist. They are able to create cash flow from assets they don’t own directly. They are able to legally and ethically control other peoples’ assets and then leverage them to generate cash flow. Owners

Owners exchange their hard earned money or use their own credit to purchase an asset in their name. If you are buying any asset that generates cash flow from day one, you are by definition an owner. This is a great way to get started quickly, and surprisingly doesn’t always require use of your own funds. This is the class of assets that most of us think of when we talk about passive income. I’m well known for teaching one specific method of passive income which you’ll learn about on the final tab. But there are countless other ways to launch a PIV. Below are some of my favorites. These free trainings will show you unique ways of generating income, all of which I have seen people have success with.
